1.Basic Policy

Japan Asset Management Platform Co.,Ltd., JAMP Financial Solutions Co., Ltd., JAMP Business Innovation Co., Ltd., and JAMP Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "our Group") recognize the appropriate protection and use of personal information as an important social responsibility. In conducting our various business operations, our Group complies with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the Group's company regulations, including this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"), to strive for the appropriate protection and use of personal information.


2.Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Group will acquire and use personal information within the scope necessary for the following purposes of use. Should the Group use personal information beyond the scope of these purposes of use, it will promptly disclose the details on this website or obtain the individual's consent, in accordance with laws and regulations.

(1) To accept applications and inquiries for our Group's investment advisory agreements and other Group operations, as well as for various services provided by our Group.
(2) To respond to inquiries directed to our Group
(3) To perform tasks related to the development, operation, and management of software for services provided by our Group
(4) To conduct training for external contractors for the purpose of improving the quality and promoting the various services provided by our group
(5) To verify eligibility and other qualifications for using services provided by our group
(6) To handle cancellation procedures for various services provided by our group and for post-cancellation management
(7) To solicit and sell financial products of our Group and to provide information on various services
(8) To verify the identity of the customer or their authorized representative in accordance with laws and regulations
(9) To report to customers on investment results, contract asset balances, and other matters

(11) To determine the appropriateness of service provision in light of the suitability principle, etc.
(12) For business management, various risk management, compliance with laws and regulations, and related operations
(13) To exercise rights and fulfill obligations based on contracts with customers or laws and regulations
(14) To conduct research aimed at improving service quality and developing various products through data analysis, surveys, etc.
(15) To analyze acquired browsing history and provide information or deliver advertisements tailored to customer preferences
(16) To create statistical data for understanding the characteristics and trends of subscribers to various services provided by our group
(17) To conduct sales activities, sales promotions, and analysis and planning that contribute to these
(18) To plan and consider improvements to service provision systems, customer support, and operational management systems
(19) To investigate and respond to incidents such as system failures
(20) To investigate false information registration, fraud, unauthorized access, and other illegal or improper acts
(21) To safeguard information systems, information asset, and business property
(22) To perform commissioned tasks when entrusted with the processing of personal information by other businesses
(23) To take actions based on legal provisions or directives and guidance from administrative authorities
(24) For the appropriate and smooth execution of transactions and contracts with customers

3.Measures for Managing the Security Implemented

Our group strives to accurately store and manage personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and this policy. We implement necessary and appropriate measures for managing the security to prevent leaks and other incidents.

4.Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

Our groupwill not effect the provision of acquired personal data to third parties except in the following cases (1) through (8).

() When the individual has given consent
() When required by law
() When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult
() When cooperation is necessary for a national agency, local government, or their entrusted party to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent would likely hinder the performance of such duties
() When personal data is provided in connection with outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use
() When personal data is provided due to a business succession resulting from a merger or other reason, and the personal data is handled within the scope of the purpose of use prior to the succession
() When the third party is an academic research institution, etc., and the third party needs to handle the personal data for academic research purposes (including cases where part of the purpose of handling the personal data is for academic research purposes, excluding cases where there is a risk of unjustly infringing on the rights and interests of the individual).
() When submitting information concerning employees' social insurance, employment insurance, and taxes to public agencies and health insurance associations

5.Outsourcing of Personal Data Handling

Our group may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, our group will exercise due care in selecting outsourcing partners and endeavor to provide necessary and appropriate supervision over them.

6.Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information

If an individual requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, or cessation of provision of personal data to third parties, as defined by the Personal Information Protection Act, regarding retained personal data (including short-term stored data to be deleted within six months), the Group will respond to the request without delay. This will be done after verifying the individual's identity through written delivery or other methods agreed upon by the customer. (*This does not apply to pseudonymized personal information). In such cases, a prescribed fee may be charged.

However, our group may not disclose all or part of the retained personal data in the following cases:

() When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
() When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of our Group's business
() When there is a risk of encouraging or inducing illegal or improper acts
() Where there is a risk of harming national security, damaging trust relationships with other countries or international organization, or suffering disadvantage in negotiations with other countries or international organization
() When there is a risk of hindering the prevention, suppression, or investigation of crimes, or otherwise hindering the maintenance of public safety and order
() When it would violate other laws or regulations  

Furthermore, should our Group decide not to comply with all or part of a request for disclosure, etc., from the individual concerned, we will notify the individual of this decision without delay. This does not apply in cases where our Group is not obligated to disclose information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

7.Continuous Maintenance and Improvement

We will monitor the implementation status of measures for managing the security based on our Group's company regulations, including this Policy, and strive for continuous maintenance and improvement.
