Expanding Global Private Equity Investment Through a New Investment Corporation Framework
HiJoJo has built extensive expertise and networks in global private equity investment through the formation and management of funds targeting mid- to late-stage unlisted companies in Japan and overseas. With the commencement of investment operations by HiJoJo PEIT, HiJoJo will apply this expertise within the framework of an “investment corporation,” offering a broad range of investors a new form of access to global private equity investment.
Operating Structure
Under HiJoJo PEIT, JAMP serves as the asset management company entrusted with the asset management operations of the investment corporation, and HiJoJo, under a sub-delegation of those operations, is responsible for selecting investment targets and making investment decisions by leveraging its expertise and global network in unlisted equity investment. In addition to its role as the asset management company, JAMP supports the operation of the investment corporation through general administrative services and other functions.
