New Japan-Domiciled Active ETF Lists on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
Through a ManCo-Style ETF Platform
— Nippon Value Investors Provides Japanese Equity Value Investing Expertise, with JAMP Fund Management Supporting ETF Structuring, Listing, and Operations —

TOKYO, June 9, 2026 — JAMP Fund Management Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Keiichi Ohara; “JAMP Fund Management”), a subsidiary of JAMP Corporation, today announced that the NV Bottom Up Equity Investment Strategy Active ETF, a Japan-domiciled active ETF managed with investment advice from Nippon Value Investors KK (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yoshihiko Ito; “Nippon Value Investors”), has listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as the first project under JAMP Fund Management’s ETF White-label Services.
The listing provides domestic and global investors with a new listed vehicle to access an investment approach grounded in Nippon Value Investors’ long-standing expertise in Japanese equity value investing. By combining Nippon Value Investors’ investment expertise with JAMP Fund Management’s ETF structuring, listing preparation, and ongoing operating functions, the project also illustrates a platform model through which asset managers can bring Japan-domiciled ETFs to market while focusing on investment decision-making and product strategy.
Launched in June 2025, JAMP Fund Management’s ETF White-Label Services represent what JAMP Fund Management believes to be Japan’s first fully integrated framework designed to provide comprehensive support for asset managers seeking to enter the ETF business, covering ETF structuring, fund creation, listing preparation, and operational management. Under this inaugural project, JAMP Fund Management handled the ETF creation, exchange listing procedures, and ongoing operations and administration, while Nippon Value Investors, as the investment advisory firm, provided expertise related to investment decision-making. This structure has enabled an efficient ETF operating model and demonstrates how a ManCo-style ETF platform can support asset managers entering Japan’s ETF market without requiring them to build the full operating infrastructure on their own.

Executive Commentary — Yoshihiko Ito, President & CEO, Nippon Value Investors
“Nippon Value Investors has earned strong recognition over more than 20 years, primarily from institutional investors in Europe and the United States, through its consistent Japanese equity value investment strategy. We believe it is highly significant that, through this active ETF listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we are now able to offer our investment strategy directly to investors in Japan.
By adopting the transparent and convenient format of a TSE-listed ETF, we expect the product to become more accessible not only to individual and institutional investors in Japan, but also to overseas investors. Drawing on the bottom-up research capabilities we have developed over many years, we will continue to provide a broader range of investors with investment opportunities in Japan’s hidden high-quality companies.”
Executive Commentary — Keiichi Ohara, President & CEO, JAMP Fund Management Co., Ltd.
“We are honored to have supported Nippon Value Investors in bringing its long-standing Japanese equity value investing expertise to the TSE-listed ETF format. This listing is an important milestone for our ETF White-Label Services because it shows how an asset manager’s investment expertise can be combined with JAMP Fund Management’s platform functions for ETF structuring, listing preparation, and ongoing operations.
Our role is not to stand in front of our clients, but to stand beside them and provide the operating platform that helps their strategies reach investors. We believe this ManCo-style platform can offer asset managers in Japan and overseas a practical pathway to enter and grow in Japan’s ETF market, while allowing them to focus on investment decision-making, portfolio strategy, and client relationships.
JAMP Fund Management will continue to support the development of Japan’s asset management industry by providing platform functions that help expand the range of high-quality investment products available to investors.”
